Thank you for booking with us. We understand sometimes you need to cancel your appointment, we require a notice period 1 day before we have full refund. Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled inside the notice period no refund. If you book in last minute ( 3 hours before the start time) and missed your appoitment no refund.
