Progressive Muscule Relaxation is a guided relaxation exercise that will help you reduce anxiety and tension in both your mind and body. This exercise focuses on gradually tensing and relaxing each of the main muscles in your body, leaving you feeling incredibly relaxed. The primary objective of this exercise is to systematically engage and release tension from the major muscle groups throughout the body.


Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking with us. We understand sometimes you need to cancel your appointment, we require a notice period 1 day before we have full refund. Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled inside the notice period no refund. If you book in last minute ( 3 hours before the start time) and missed your appoitment no refund. Please contact if you have to change the appointment or have to cancel the appointment.
