Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking with us. We understand sometimes you need to cancel your appointment, we require a notice period 1 day before we have full refund. Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled inside the notice period no refund. If you book in last minute ( 3 hours before the start time) and missed your appoitment no refund. Please contact if you have to change the appointment or have to cancel the appointment. Cancellations made via email: lisamassageyoga @gmail.com at least 1 day in advance will be applied without a penalty. Thank you.
